Visa & entry
Most Indian passport holders need a UAE tourist visa arranged before travel, usually an e-visa applied for through a travel agent or the airline. Indians holding a valid US visa or US Green Card, or an EU visa or residence permit, can get a 14-day visa on arrival (fee payable). Rules for UK visa or residence holders were under revision in 2026, so please check with us before relying on visa on arrival. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of arrival.
Good to know
Helicopter flights depend on weather and can be rescheduled at short notice; book them for the earlier part of your stay so there is time to move the slot.
5-star hotels in Dubai charge a Tourism Dirham of AED 20 per room per night, paid at check-out.
Vegetarian dinners are available at most 5-star hotels; tell us in advance if you need Jain or no onion-garlic food.
Desert safari dune bashing is not advised for pregnant women, infants, or people with back or heart problems; they can ride in a separate vehicle that goes directly to the camp.
Dress codes: smart casual is expected in hotel restaurants and on yachts; cover shoulders and knees in souks and older parts of the city.
The currency is the UAE dirham (AED). Cards are widely accepted; carry some cash for souks and tips.
Questions travellers ask
Are the helicopter tour and yacht dinner included?
No, both are optional and quoted separately, because the price depends on the flight length, shared or private yacht, and your dates. Tell us when booking and we will add them to your quote.
Which hotel will we stay in?
A 5-star hotel, either on the beach (Jumeirah, Palm or Marina) or in Downtown Dubai near Dubai Mall. We confirm the exact hotel with your quote, based on your dates and preference.
Is vegetarian food available?
Yes. Hotel breakfasts and dinners have vegetarian choices, the desert safari dinner includes vegetarian dishes, and there are many Indian vegetarian restaurants in Dubai.
Is this package good for a honeymoon?
Yes. The pace is relaxed, and we can request a honeymoon room set-up, which hotels arrange subject to availability. The yacht dinner and helicopter flight are popular add-ons for couples.
Do I need a visa for Dubai?
Yes, most Indian passport holders need a UAE visa before travel. If you hold a valid US visa or Green Card, or an EU visa or residence permit, you may be eligible for a 14-day visa on arrival.
