Please note: The cancellation charges apply on the net tour price per person. Any non-refundable components in the tour package, including specific hotel bookings, airline tickets, and other services, may incur additional cancellation charges as per the respective provider's policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• Accommodation: In the event that a confirmed hotel, houseboat, or camp is fully booked at the time of payment confirmation, we will provide accommodation in a similar category.

• Check-in & Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges by the hotel. Standard check-in time is 14:00 local time, and standard check-out time is 11:00 local time.

• If you require early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, though availability cannot be guaranteed. Inclusions & Exclusions: Only the items explicitly listed in your booked package are included.

• Any additional items or services will incur extra charges. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees apply as per our policy. Postponements may incur a rebooking fee. If a booking is canceled after a date change, all previously paid amounts will be forfeited. No refunds or credit notes will be issued during blackout dates or long weekends.

• Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Failure to do so may result in the termination of services.

• Late payments up to three days after the scheduled date may incur additional fees, and delays longer than this may lead to booking cancellation without refund.

• On-arrival payment delays will result in the temporary suspension of services until full payment is received. Unforeseen Circumstances: We strive to provide services as promised; however, in situations beyond our control (e.g., weather events, strikes), certain services may be altered or delayed.

• Additional costs arising from such delays are the traveler’s responsibility. If a cancellation is required due to unforeseen events, we will offer a refund of refundable amounts or a credit note valid for six months, which may be applied to future bookings with VK Tours. Amendments to Booked Packages: Any modifications to the package after booking may incur additional charges.

• We can accommodate date changes on request, subject to availability, and any price differences will be borne by the traveler. Additional services utilized beyond the package inclusions will be directly billed by hotels, and unused services, due to natural or human events, are non-refundable.

• Sightseeing & Itinerary Adjustments: We strive to fulfill the full itinerary; however, sightseeing opportunities may vary due to factors such as weather, traffic, political events, strikes, time limitations, and the distance between sites. We encourage flexibility, as adjustments may be necessary to ensure a smooth travel experience.

• If you have specific requests or physical limitations, please inform us in advance to help us accommodate your needs within the trip's limitations.

• Sightseeing activities are part of the package, but if time runs out, we cannot be held responsible for missed attractions.

• No-Show Policy: A reservation is considered a "No Show" if the room is not occupied by 22:00 unless prior arrangements are made.

• ID Requirements: All guests must present government-approved photo identification. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa upon arrival.

• Child Policy: Children under 5 years: Complimentary. Children 6-11 years: Additional charges apply. Children above 11 years: Considered adults and charged accordingly.
