Day 1: Arrival in Trivandrum
On your arrival at Trivandrum, you will be greeted by a representative of your tour operator who will transfer you to your hotel. After freshening up, you can spend the day exploring the city. You can visit the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, the Napier Museum, and the
Kuthiramalika Palace. In the evening, you can visit the Kovalam beach and enjoy the sunset.
Day 2: Trivandrum to Varkala
On day 2, after breakfast, you will be driven to Varkala, a coastal town in Kerala. The drive to Varkala is around 2 hours. On arrival in Varkala, you can check-in to your hotel and relax. You can spend the rest of the day exploring the town and the beaches.
Day 3: Varkala Sightseeing
On day 3, after breakfast, you can visit the Janardhana Swamy Temple, the Varkala beach, and the Varkala Cliff. You can also try some water sports activities at the beach.
Day 4: Varkala to Alleppey
On day 4, after breakfast, you will be driven to Alleppey, the backwater destination in Kerala. The drive to Alleppey is around 3-4 hours. On arrival in Alleppey, you can check-in to your houseboat and enjoy the backwater cruise. You can also explore the nearby villages and enjoy the local cuisine.
Day 5: Departure from Alleppey
On day 5, after breakfast, you can check-out from your houseboat and head back to Trivandrum for your departure. You can visit the Kanyakumari beach and the Vivekananda Rock Memorial on the way.
